As well as our contractual NHS appointments, we are also able to offer our patients the following clinics and services. Please ask reception for further details.
Asthma/COPD/Diabetes/Hypertension/Chronic Heart Disease
For patients with long-term or chronic problems, our nurses are able to provide support aimed at helping you understand and manage your condition.
Child Health and Immunisations
Our nurses are able to give all new born babies their childhood immunisations to protect against infectious diseases in the community.
Women’s Health
Appointments are available for advice and treatment for issue such as swab tests/contraception advice.
Travel Advice/Vaccinations
Please make an appointment 6 to 8 weeks in advance of your travel date.
Phlebotomy
Please book an appointment if you have been asked by the surgery to have a blood test sample taken.
Attached Clinics
These services are hosted at the surgery and can be referred into if appropriate.
Ante Natal Clinic
Run by the Community Midwifes for pregnant ladies.
IAPT -
Counselling & CBT
Should you need support with mental health issues, GPs can refer you this service.
Community Support Worker
Provides advice with social issues such as money, benefits, housing, and paperwork.
Health Trainer
Help improving your day-to-day lifestyle and general health knowledge.
