A new NHS Digital initiative to extract information from GP records for research and other purposes. Patients might want to opt out of this data collection and there are 2 different requirements to opt out Type 1 data opt out this is to protect GP data held on your system. Our qualified nursing team are here to help you manage any long term problems you may have, providing care and advice with conditions such as asthma and diabetes.
The Practice Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the practice. She is available to help you should you have any suggestions/concerns regarding your care at the surgery.
The surgery also hosts a number of attached staff from other community services whom you may be referred to if your situation requires, such as Health Visitor, Midwife, IAPT worker, SOAR and Diabetes Nurse.
